Operating Dynamics Survey (ODS)
For the Operating Dynamics survey to be fully beneficial, all of the officers, managers, supervisors and staff executives who have subordinates should take this survey. A survey results report will be emailed to you in two weeks after all executives have returned their survey answers. All answers are a compilation of all respondents of each department of the company and therefore are anonymous. A list of email addresses will be needed so that the survey can be sent to each participant. Each survey will cost $200 per participant payable through Pay Pal.
